What is your cancellation policy?

Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes, you can customize your invoices by adding your company logo, tax ID, and additional information. Just go to your Billing Settings in your account dashboard.

How does billing work?

We offer both monthly and annual billing options. Annual plans come with a discount. You'll be billed automatically on the same date each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.

How do I change my account email?

You can change your account email address in your Profile Settings. After submitting the change, we'll send a verification link to your new email address to confirm the change.
